At PRC, physical rehabilitation is structured around a disciplined daily routine designed to promote strength, independence, and overall wellness. Residents begin their day at 5 a.m., engage in mobility exercises, participate in scheduled physiotherapy and gymnasium sessions and then go for their jobs.
Hydrotherapy plays a vital role in pain relief and muscle relaxation, while yoga workshops are conducted to improve flexibility and mental focus. Balanced, nutritious meals support recovery and sustained energy. In the evenings, residents engage in sports and recreational activities that promote muscle function, improve mobility, and foster community spirit.
Many residents also undergo rigorous training for competitive sports like swimming, basketball, badminton, and athletics—representing PRC at national and international events with pride and determination.
