At PRC, rehabilitation is holistic and structured, addressing not only medical and physical needs but also emotional, social, and financial well-being. Residents receive support with daily living activities, physical therapy, medical care, and psychological guidance, enabling them to live healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives.

 

The day-to-day operations are managed by the Medical Director and Administrative Officer, supported by a dedicated 56-member team. This includes nursing staff, physiotherapists, attendants, and housekeepers who ensure round-the-clock care for our paraplegic and quadriplegic residents. Key administrative and care positions are held by retired Army personnel, continuing their service to fellow soldiers, while civilian staff contribute to the seamless functioning of the Centre.
