To help them regain confidence and purpose, PRC offers meaningful employment opportunities through its in-house vocational training and sheltered workshops.

 

With support from partners like Amphenol Interconnect India, residents are trained to assemble electrical connectors using high-precision machines. Others are employed in a call centre run by the travel platform udChalo, while a talented few work in the PRC’s mouth painting department, creating artwork that is sold to support their income.

 

Importantly, PRC also extends these opportunities to the spouses of residents, helping entire families move toward financial independence. Residents also contribute as kitchen supervisors, shop assistants, and support staff—proving every day that their abilities far outweigh their limitations.
