The Centre is the only hope for paraplegics from the three defence services. Maintaining the facilities to a standard and enlarging the scope to accommodate the ever increasing number of paraplegics, a continuous flow of funds is necessary. The Center, therefore makes an appeal to all charity minded individuals and organizations. Please donate generously to the PRC and enable us to mitigate the physical and psychological disability of our ex-servicemen.
All donations are exempted under section 80-G of Income Tax Act 1961.

Jai Hind Saab,
That's what you hear or greeted with when you meet any resident of the Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre , located in Khadki, Pune.
It gives you Goosebumps!
These are extraoridnary men. They joined the Armed forces with a dream to protect the motherland but were unfortunate to suffer accidents while on duty.
Lessor mortals would have been shattered. Legs that climbed the mountains and crossed difficult terrains are now non-functional. Hands that held the guns and were trained to lob grenades are now used to move around on/maneuver wheelchairs.
Their spirits are however, anything but broken. Their positivity will rub off on you when you chat with them or when you just meet them - "Jai Hind Saab"!
They use their remaining faculties to not just live but to paint, to play music, to exercise, to play sports at competitive level, to work for living!
That's the spirit of the Armed Forces! They know how to win ....... Against all odds!
